Babies with sensitive skin or eczema are best cleaned with adult hypoallergenic products such as Cetaphil.  Adult moisturizers such as Eucerin and Aquaphor are great for sensitive baby skin as well.  Most baby products get their pretty color and smell with artificial coloring and perfumes that can aggravate sensitive baby skin.
